摘  要:为了有效降低原材料成本,研究人员开始利用廉价的生物质资源作为发酵原料生产丁醇。然而,原料与预处理过程中产生的抑制物会影响发酵,脂肪酸、呋喃和酚类化合物是原料中主要的3类抑制物。介绍了脂肪酸、呋喃和酚类化合物对ABE(丙酮-丁醇-乙醇)发酵的影响,并讨论了常见的脱毒方法对这3类抑制物的脱毒效果,旨在为优化ABE发酵过程提供借鉴。In order to reduce the cost of raw materials effectively,the use of cheaper biomass resources as fermentation raw materials to produce butanol is a hot topic in recent years.However,the inhibitors in raw materials can affect fermentation.Fatty acids,furans and phenolic compounds are considered to be the main inhibitors in raw materials.The effects of these three inhibitors on production of acetone-butanol-ethanol through fermentation are reviewed,and the detoxification effects of common detoxification methods on these three inhibitors are discussed,aiming to provide reference for optimizing the fermentation route acetone-butanol-ethanol production process.
