摘 要:为满足建筑采光通风等功能需求或建筑造型需求,开孔铝合金板逐渐在屋面板及墙面板中得到应用。而铝合金面板作为围护结构可以在平面内提供一定的受剪强度,且与主体结构可靠连接后可提高结构的整体性能。为研究开孔铝合金板的受剪性能,以某实际铝合金网壳为原型,进行了两个开孔铝板受剪性能的足尺试验,试件均发生局部屈曲破坏。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立四边简支板模型,进行参数分析,研究开孔铝板的宽厚比、长宽比和开孔率对板件受剪性能的影响。结果表明:开孔铝板的受剪承载力随着板件宽厚比的增加而降低,随着板件长宽比的增加而降低,随着板件开孔率的增加而降低。同时,根据数值分析结果,拟合得到适用于开孔率在0~0.5的开孔铝板受剪承载力的计算式,并将拟合计算式、数值分析及试验结果进行对比,验证了拟合计算式的准确性。In order to meet the functional requirements of building lighting and ventilation or architectural design requirements,perforated aluminum alloy panels are gradually applied in roof and wall panels.As an enclosure structure,aluminum alloy panels can provide certain shear bearing capacity in the plane,and can improve the overall performance of the structure after reliable connection with the main structure.To study the shear performance of perforated aluminum alloy plates,two full-scale tests were conducted on an actual aluminum alloy mesh shell to investigate the shear performance of the perforated aluminum plates.Both specimens exhibited local buckling failure.Using ABAQUS finite element software to establish a four-sided simply supported plate model,parametric analysis was conducted to study the effects of width-to-thickness ratio,aspect ratio,and porosity on the shear performance of perforated aluminum plates.The results show that the shear bearing capacity of perforated aluminum plates decreases with the increase of the width to thickness ratio,the aspect ratio and the porosity of plate.At the same time,based on the numerical analysis results,a calculation formula suitable for the shear bearing capacity of perforated aluminum plates with porosity ranging from 0 to 0.5 was fitted.The accuracy of the fitting calculation formula was verified by comparing with the numerical analysis and experimental results.
