摘 要:硫系玻璃是一种重要的非线性光学材料,因其具有较强的红外高透性和较高的光学非线性,使得近年来在集成光子学、超连续光源和全光开关等领域引起了广泛关注。通过分析在不同外加电场强度下光束通过硫系玻璃Ge__(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)样品偏振态的变化得到场致双折射现象引起的相位差,进而测量了硫系玻璃Ge__(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)的直流克尔系数,并结合该材料的非线性光学特性,对实验结果进行了分析。最终结果表明,硫系玻璃Ge__(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60)具有较高的直流克尔系数,在相关的应用中具有一定的优势。Chalcogenide glass is an important nonlinear optical material.Due to its high infrared transmittance and high optical nonlinearity,chalcogenide glass has attracted extensive attention in the fields of integrated photonics,supercontinuum sources and all-optical switches in recent years.In this paper,t he DC Kerr coefficient of chalcogenide glass Ge__(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60) is measured by analyzing the phase difference caused by field induced birefringence,and the experimental results are analyzed in combination with the nonlinear optical characteristics of the material.The experimental results were analyzed and the changes of the polarization state of the light beam passing through the chalcogenide glass Ge__(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60) under different applied electric field intensities were studied.The results show that the chalcogenide glass Ge__(28)Sb_(12)Se_(60) has a high DC Kerr coefficient and has certain advantages in related applications.
