摘  要:随着微创手术在医学领域的广泛应用,对内窥镜技术提出了更高要求。目前,由于内窥镜的成像视场小,因此对宽视场内窥镜的需求越来越迫切。设计一种曲面多探头光学系统,依据曲面复眼光学原理设计单个探头镜头,并通过阵列方式实现宽视场。结合转像系统,使曲面多探头成平面像,实现测试。根据成像要求,设计的光学系统全视场为135°,在空间频率为166 lp/mm处全视场MTF值大于0.5,满足使用要求。公差分析结果表明该设计结果具有较好的鲁棒性,易于加工装调,该技术成果在内窥镜测试领域具有广阔的应用前景。With the wide application of minimally invasive surgery in the medical field,higher requirements have been put forward for endoscopic technology.At present,due to the small imaging field of view of endoscopes,the demand for widefield endoscopes is becoming more and more urgent.This paper proposes to design a curved multi-probe optical system,design a single probe lens according to the principle of curved compound eye optics,and achieve a wide field of view through the array mode.Combined with the image rotation system,the curved multi-probe is formed into a planar image to realize the test.According to the imaging requirements,the designed optical system has a full field of view of 135°,and the MTF value of the full field of view is greater than 0.5 at a spatial frequency of 166 lp/mm,which meets the requirements of use.The tolerance analysis results show that the design results have good robustness and are easy to process and assemble,and the technical results have broad application prospects in the field of endoscopic testing.
