摘　　要：糖尿病是四大慢性病之一,胰岛素注射作为糖尿病的治疗手段对血糖的良好控制发挥了重要作用。然而,与胰岛素注射相关的皮下脂肪增生在国内外糖尿病患者中均很常见,其常导致患者血糖控制欠佳,出现"过山车"现象,严重危害患者健康。本文从皮下脂肪增生的流行病学、评估工具、危险因素、预防与治疗等方面进行综述,旨在提高医务人员对脂肪增生的全面认识,从而积极预防、正确评估、及时干预治疗,降低脂肪增生带来的危害。Diabetes is one of the four major chronic diseases,and insulin injection as a treatment method plays a significant role in maintaining good glycemic control.However,lipohypertrophy(LH)associated with insulin injection is quite common among diabetic patients both domestically and internationally,often leading to poor glycemic control manifested as a"roller coaster"phenomenon and posing a serious threat to patient health.This article provides a review on the epidemiology,assessment tools,risk factors,prevention,and treatment of LH,with the aim to enhance healthcare professionals'comprehensive understanding of LH.This can thus facilitate proactive prevention,correct assessment,timely intervention,and treatment,and minimize the harm brought about by LH.
