市区线与郊区线贯通运营实践与思考——以北京地铁1号线与八通线为例

摘　　要：为研究市区线与郊区线贯通运营的情况,以北京地铁1号线与八通线为例,总结贯通运营的条件、技术标准、实施方案等。回顾1号线和八通线的建设历史,梳理一八贯通的规划条件,总结国外轨道交通市区线与郊区线衔接的经验,借鉴东京案例,分析八通线在早期规划设计阶段的不足,论述一八贯通改造的必要性,整合贯通改造技术标准,提出不低于既有线建设阶段设计标准的原则,并通过比选确定采用4组道岔连接的贯通方案,方案兼顾贯通和分段两种运营组织模式,既能提供更精细化的客运组织,又能起到降本增效的作用,最后为了在施工中保持线路运营和场段功能,采用三阶段方案逐步贯通,取得良好的改造效果。新中国第一条地铁线——北京地铁1号线为优化线路衔接关系进行的成功改造,谱写我国城市轨道交通发展史上新的篇章。In order to study the case of through service between urban lines and suburban lines,the conditions,technical standards and implementation plans of pass-through service renovation are summarized by taking Beijing Subway Line 1 and Batong Line as examples.This paper reviews the construction of Line 1 and the Batong Line,assessing the planning conditions for the pass-through operation,and draws on the experiences of overseas urban rail transit lines connected with suburban lines.Based on the Tokyo urban rail transit case,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the Batong Line's initial planning and design stages and discusses the requirements for pass-through service renovations.After comparing alternatives,a scheme featuring four turnouts was selected.The renovation plan for the pass-through service contemplates both through and separate operating modes,which can not only facilitate more refined passenger transportation management but also contribute to saving resources and improving efficiency.Subsequently,the technical standards for the pass-through renovation are consolidated,proposing a design specification principle that is not lower than the construction phase of the existing line.Lastly,to maintain regular line and depot operation during construction,a three-stage proposal was adopted for a gradual transition to through service,yielding a favorable renovation effect.The renovation of Line 1,China's inaugural subway line,has successfully enhanced the connection between Line 1 and the Batong Line,marking a new milestone in the history of urban rail transit development in China.
