摘　　要：近年来,电子商务的发展带来了物流行业业务量的急剧增加,这种急剧增加往往以资源浪费和环境污染为代价,这不符合当前可持续发展的要求,尤其在当前“节能减排、绿色发展”的政策导向下,发展绿色物流在城市发展规划中显得尤为重要。文中以青岛市作为研究对象,利用层次分析法分析影响青岛市绿色物流发展的因素,发现基础设施建设、物流部门之间的协调、物流企业环保意识是影响最大的因素,结合当地实际情况提出有针对性的改进策略。In recent years,the development of e-commerce has brought about a sharp increase in the business volume of the logistics industry,which is often at the cost of resource waste and environmental pollution and does not meet the requirements of current sustainable development,especially under the current policy guidance of “energy conservation,emission reduction and green development”,the development of green logistics is particularly important in urban development planning.Taking Qingdao as the research object,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the development of green logistics in Qingdao by using the analytic hierarchy process,finds that infrastructure construction,coordination between logistics departments,and environmental awareness of logistics enterprises are the most influential factors,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies based on local actual conditions.
