摘　　要：随着互联网技术的快速发展,电子商务逐渐成为我国经济发展的重要组成部分。为了提高客户满意度,电子商务对逆向物流也提出了更多的要求。文中首先阐述了逆向物流的概念、特点、成因及其作用;其次,对我国电商逆向物流的发展现状和问题进行了分析;最后,提出了优化电商逆向物流的策略。With the development of Internet technology,e-commerce has gradually become an important part of China's economic development.In order to improve customer satisfaction,e-commerce has also put forward more requirements for reverse logistics.This paper firstly elaborates the concept,characteristics,causes and the role of reverse logistics,secondly analyzes the development status and problems of China's e-commerce reverse logistics,and finally puts forward the strategy of optimizing e-commerce reverse logistics.
