打造多元孵化生态构建“三创”人才培养新体系的探究

摘　　要：新时代要深入实施人才强国战略,高校要积极培养“三创”人才。文中分析了“三创”人才培养的现状和存在的问题:“三创”人才的培养体系已经融入教育体系,“三教”培养路径、全链条“三创”教育正在践行,但仍存在学科交叉支撑不强、跨链协同保障不够、价值创造贡献不足等关键问题。基于“理论性-实用性-创造性”的学科逻辑,文中提出强化思政教育,通过理论武装、文化熏陶、德法兼修培根铸魂;深化学科教育,通过夯实平台、学科交叉、专创融通启智赋能;创新产业教育,通过多链协同、跨界联动、产教融合协同孵化;打造“人格塑造-知识贯通-能力培养”多元孵化生态,构建思政教育、学科教育、产业教育“三教融合”新体系。In the new era,we should deeply implement the strategy of strengthening the country by talents,and colleges and universities should actively cultivate “three innovations” talents.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of “three innovations” talents training:the training system of “three innovations” talents has been integrated into the education system,and the training path of “three education” and the whole-chain “three innovations” education are being implemented,but there are still key problems such as weak of cross-disciplinary support,lack of cross-chain coordination guarantee,insufficient contribution to value creation and so on.Based on the discipline logic of “theory-practicability-creativity”,this paper proposes to strengthen ideological and political education,armed by theory,cultural edification,moral and law cultivation bacon casting soul;Deepen discipline education,through consolidating the platform,interdisciplinary,specialized innovation and integration of enlightening and empowering;Innovating industrial education,cooperative incubating through multi-chain collaboration,cross-border linkage and integration of industry and education;Build diversified incubation ecology of “personality shaping-knowledge penetration-ability cultivation”,and construct new system of “three education integration” of ideological and political education,disciplinary education and industrial education.
