摘　　要：本文依托湖南建设投资集团有限责任公司的低碳战略方针,提出建筑行业全生命周期的低碳发展管理体系和运行机制。首先,对建筑业的低碳战略发展和实施路径进行初步探讨。其次,为确保低碳发展管理体系和运行机制的有序进行,将第三方机构的协同战略业务进行总结。最后,为助推建筑业企业的低碳发展提出建议和畅想。以期为建筑业的低碳发展提供相应的管理参考。Based on the low-carbon strategic policy of Hunan Construction Investment Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper proposes a low-carbon development management system and operation mechanism for the whole life cycle of the construction industry.First of all,the development and implementation path of the low-carbon strategy of the construction industry are preliminary discussed.Secondly,in order to ensure the orderly implementation of the low-carbon development management system and operation mechanism,the collaborative strategic business of the third party institutions is summarized.Finally,suggestions and imaginations are put forward to promote the low-carbon development of construction enterprises.It is expected to provide corresponding management reference for the low-carbon development of the construction industry.
