摘  要:本文针对城乡建筑能耗的有效监控与管理,提出一种全视角历时性的以热成像无人机+BIM建立能耗图谱分析方法,并以产科教融合引领技术融合、协同创新和高技能人才实践培养结合落地,服务区域节能监控体系。以城乡区域网格化为基础,利用热成像无人机识别区域建筑的散热程度,确定不同区域的能耗等级,进而通过以耗散成像+BIM点云图谱分析,支持针对性的节能管理;利用数字技术深度融合新应用驾驭能量流与信息流,架构网格监控的现场工程师训练,使智慧能源管理体系实现监控源头可控。早发现早诊断早“治疗”,使区域能耗整体到局部得以针对性施治,对区域建筑进行全面精准的节能降耗管理。该方法立足双碳目标与“十四五”规划愿景,为覆盖城乡建筑的节能监测体系贡献职业教育的力量。Based on the deep integration and development of advanced vocational education,aiming at the effective monitoring and management of energy consumption of urban and rural buildings,this paper presents a diachronic energy consumption map analysis method based on thermal imaging UAV+BIM,and the integration of obstetrics and education of the new synergy of innovation and high-skilled personnel training combined with practice,service regional energy-saving monitoring system.Based on the grid of urban and rural areas,the thermal imaging UAV is used to identify the heat dissipation degree of regional buildings and determine the energy consumption levels of different regions,supporting targeted energy management;using digital technologies to deeply integrate new applications to harness energy and information flows;and building on-site engineer training for grid monitoring to enable smart energy management systems to be source-controlled.Early detection,early diagnosis and early"treatment",so that the regional energy consumption as a whole to local targeted treatment,the regional building for comprehensive and accurate energy-saving management.The approach,based on dual carbon targets and The 14th Five Year Plan vision,contributes to vocational education for an energy efficiency monitoring system covering urban and rural buildings.
