摘　　要：分析了公共图书馆一体化、智慧化发展的政策背景与趋势,梳理了目前国内公共图书馆省级一体化实践案例,总结了川渝两地前期各自在一体化服务上所做的工作,提出川渝一体化平台建设的难点以及相应的解决方案。通过阐述“川渝阅读一卡通”服务平台的实施步骤、技术路线、功能目标,总结其社会经济效益,提出未来扩展规划,以此不断完善川渝两地公共图书馆一体化服务体系,为其他地区公共图书馆开展一体化服务提供参考和借鉴。The paper analyzes the policy background and trend of the integration and intelligent development of public libraries,sorts out the current practice cases of provincial-level integration of public libraries in China,summarizes the work done by Sichuan and Chongqing in the early stage of integration services,and puts forward the difficulties in the construction of integrated service platform of Sichuan and Chongqing and the corresponding solu-tions.The paper expounds the implementation steps,technical routes and functional objectives of“Sichuan-Chongqing Reading Card”service platform,summarizes its social and economic benefits,and puts forward future ex-pansion plans,in order to constantly improve the integrated service system of Sichuan-Chongqing public libraries and provide reference for public libraries in other regions to carry out integrated services.
