摘　　要：年轻干部的培养,事关党和国家事业、命运和前途。使年轻干部养成斗争精神和斗争本领,是党的一项十分重要的工作,需要在理论引领、实践锻炼、机制保障等多方面下功夫,以促使年轻干部更好地肩负起新时代民族复兴的历史使命。The cultivation of young cadres is related to the cause,destiny and future of the Party and the country.It is very important for the Party to cultivate the young cadres’fighting spirit and fighting skills,which requires efforts in theory guidance,practice training and mechanism guarantee,so as to make them better shoulder the historical mission of national rejuvenation in the new era.
