摘　　要：习近平总书记关于应急管理重要论述是新时代全面推进我国应急管理事业发展的科学指南,是应急管理领域学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的具体化要求,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。通过对习近平总书记就应急管理工作发表的系列讲话、批示和指示的系统整理,归纳出了“一个领导、一个理念、一个遵循、两个现代化”四位一体的习近平总书记关于应急管理重要论述的内容体系,提出了学习贯彻习近平总书记关于应急管理重要论述精神的意义和途径。General Secretary Xi Jinping' s important discussions on emergency management is the scientific guide for promoting new era emergency management,the concrete result of studying and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It is the organic component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Through system arrangement for General Secretary Xi Jinping's series speeches and instructions of emergency management,this paper induced the “four in one” content system of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on emergency management,that is “One leadership,One ideal,One follow,Two modernization”.It also proposed the significance and approach of studying and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on emergency management.
