Brief Report on the Excavation of Tomb No.1095 at Liujiazhuang North Locus in Yinxu,Anyang,Henan

摘　　要：1999年,中国社会科学院考古研究所安阳工作队在刘家庄北地发掘了一批商代墓葬,有些规格较高,出土有成组的铜器和玉器,M1095就是其中之一。该墓墓室面积为5.44平方米,属般墟中小型墓葬。该墓保存完整,随葬铜器组合极为特殊,2件方鼎铸造精致,却被打成碎片埋葬,其他铜容礼器只有一爵一解。如此特殊的铜器组合为般墟铜器墓所罕见。与铜容礼器伴出的还有铜兵器和工具、玉饰品及成组陶器。陶器时代特征明显,均属殷墟二期偏晚阶段。该墓出有3件“盾”铭铜器,推测墓葬应属盾族的中小贵族。A few Shang Dynasty tombs at the Liujiazhuang North Locus were excavated by the Anyang Working Team,Institute of Archaeology,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1999.Some of them were high-ranking tombs and yielded assemblages of bronzes and jade objects.Amongst them,tomb No.1095 was a well preserved midsmall sized tomb at Yinxu with an area of 5.44 square meters.However,the unearthed bronze assemblage was really noteworthy.Two elaborate fang ding(square ding vessels)were broken into pieces along with two bronze ritual vessels:one jue and one zhi drinking vessel.This special bronze assemblage was rarely found at Yinxu.Besides,bronze weapons,tools,jade ornaments and assemblage of pottery vessels were also uncovered from this tomb.Pottery vessels with clear characteristics of time dated to the late phase of the Yinxu Phase II.Three bronze objects with inscriptions of"Dun"indicated that the tomb occupant was probably a mid-low-ranking nobleman of the Dun family.
