摘  要:介绍了河北省地震预警站网的运维体系、运维理念和运维机制。体系化、专业化的运维队伍是进行预警站网运维工作的基础,同时需要依靠专业的技术规范和规章制度指导运维工作的开展。将运维工作纳入学科管理,通过学科评比提高运维队伍的技术水平和积极性;通过制定波形大异常处置、波形质量检查等制度,引导运维队伍由传统的“测震运维”理念向“预警运维”理念转变,在“保运行”的基础上,注重数据质量和运维时效性的提升,保障预警系统的稳定运转。This paper introduces the operation and maintenance system,operation and maintenance concept and operation and maintenance mechanism of the Hebei earthquake early warning station network.A systematic and professional operation and maintenance team is the foundation for the operation and maintenance work of the early warning station network,and it needs to rely on professional technical specifications and rules to guide the operation and maintenance work.By incorporating operation and maintenance work into discipline management and discipline evaluation,the technical level and enthusiasm for the operation and maintenance team has been improved.By formulating rules for waveform abnormality handling and waveform quality inspection,we will guide the operation and maintenance team to change from the traditional concept of “seismic observation operation and maintenance” to the concept of “early warning operation and maintenance”.On the basis of “ensuring operation”,we should pay more attention to the improvement on data quality and operation and maintenance timeliness,to ensure the stability of the early warning system.
