平衡时间对全消光POY物理性能的影响

摘  要:通过对全消光POY在不同平衡时间下的物理性能测定,探究平衡时间长短对原丝物性测定的影响程度,寻求原丝平衡时间和物理性能之间的关系。实验结果表明:平衡时间对全消光POY的纤度和强伸影响不大,对条干CV%、热应力和含油率有一定影响。不同规格的影响程度不同,为兼顾不同规格,全消光POY的最佳平衡时间为22 h,但平衡时间对含油率和热应力的影响程度不及条干,且含油率和热应力的控制范围较大,若在现场空间有限或后道急需上机的情况下,可适当缩短平衡时间,平衡约8~10 h即可。By measuring the physical properties of fully extinction POY at dfferent equilibrium times,the influence of equilibrium time on the physical properties of the precursor was explored,and the relationship between the equilibrium time and physical properties of the precursor was sought.The experimental results show that the balance time has litle effect on the fiber size and strength elongation of fully extinction POY,but has a certain impact on the CV%,thermal stress,and oil content of the sliver.The impact of different specifications varies.In order to balance different specifications,the optimal balance time for full extinction POY is 22 hours.However,the influence of balance time on oil content and thermal stress is not as significant as that of strip,and the control range of oil content and thermal stress is relatively large.If the on-site space is limited or the machine needs to be installed urgently in the rear,the balance time can be appropriately shortened to about 8~10 hours for balance.
