摘　　要：消光剂原材料为二氧化钛(TiO_(2)),用于生产半消光级聚酯切片及涤纶短纤维。文中主要对聚酯装置消光剂调制系统中研磨机入口压力低报、出口压力高报、离心机刮刀电机振动大、限位开关异常等常见问题进行研究分析。通过更换过滤网精度、定期清扫在线过滤器、两次乙二醇冲洗研磨管线、出口管线加装Y过滤器等方法,充分减少杂质进入研磨系统,优化浆液配比浓度,定期大粒子剥离冲洗操作,减少离心机转筒附壁物产生,解决生产问题,保证产品质量合格。The raw material of the extinction agent is titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),which is used to produce semi extinction grade polyester chips and polyester short fibers.The article mainly studies and analyzes common problems such as low inlet pressure alarm,high outlet pressure alarm,large vibration of the centrifuge scraper motor,and abnormal limit switch in the polyester device's extinction agent modulation system.By replacing the accuracy of the filter screen,regularly cleaning the online filter,flushing the grinding pipeline twice with ethylene glycol,and installing a Y filter in the outlet pipeline,we can fully reduce impurities entering the grinding system,optimize the slurry ratio concentration,regularly perform large particle stripping and flushing operations,reduce the generation of wall attachments in the centrifuge drum,solve production problems,and ensure product quality compliance.
