摘　　要：对PET装置酯化反应釜机械密封结构、工作原理进行研究,阐述机械密封上机前不同检验的方法及注意要点,分析并总结了在线机械密封可能出现的多种泄漏形式及其对应的现象。针对不同泄漏现象在不停车的前提下采用合理的处理措施,以确保聚酯装置生产的安全稳定。The mechanical seal structure and working principle of Esterification reactor of PET plant were studied,the different inspection methods and points for attention of mechanical seal before operation were described,and various leakage forms and corresponding phenomena of on-line mechanical seal were analyzed and summarized.In view of different leakage phenomena,reasonable and corresponding treatment measures are adopted without stopping the plant to ensure the safety and stability of the production of PET Plant.
