摘　　要：根据某公司160万t/a溶剂脱沥青装置对高压Ω换热器端面密封进行改型。对Ω密封形式的优选方案进行论证,对密封改型实施及效果进行验证,以期为同类型装置工况类似的换热器密封形式优选提供参考和借鉴。According to the 1.6 million t/a solvent deasphalting device of a certain company,the end face seal of the high-pressure Ω heat exchanger was modified.Demonstrate the optimal solution for sealing form,verify the implementation and effectiveness of sealing modification,in order to provide reference and reference for the optimization of sealing form for heat exchangers with similar operating conditions in the same type of device.
