摘　　要：在复合材料大尺寸壁板的制造过程中,无论是工型长桁还是T型长桁都涉及长桁转运和定位问题。特别是共固化工艺,连同钢材质工装一同转运往往重量达到1 t左右,单纯靠手工操作十分不便,为此本文提出一种新型铝合金材质的长桁吊装及定位工具配合吊车进行长桁转运及定位工作。该研究内容可为复合材料壁板的精细化、简单化制造工作提供有效的生产工具,无论是生产效率还是制造精度上都有很大提升。In the manufacturing process of large-sized composite wall panels,both I-shaped and T-shaped long trusses involve the transportation and positioning of long trusses.Especially in the co curing process,when transported together with steel fixtures,the weight often reaches about 1 ton,which is very inconvenient to operate solely by hand.Therefore,this article proposes a new type of aluminum alloy long truss lifting and positioning tool to cooperate with a crane for long truss transportation and positioning work.This research content can provide effective production tools for the refined and simplified manufacturing of composite material wall panels,greatly improving both production efficiency and manufacturing accuracy.
