摘  要:介绍了聚合物锂电池材料回转窑生产工艺流程中高温焙烧窑与冷却回转窑的3种联接方式及各自的优缺点。根据工业上应用广泛的高温焙烧窑与冷却回转窑承插结构的缺点,提出了在高温焙烧窑末端增加隔热板及将旋转的填料密封改为静止填料密封并引入气封装置等改进措施,使高温焙烧窑与冷却回转窑承插结构更加广泛地在锂电池材料生产工艺流程中应用。This article introduces three connection methods and their respective advantages and disadvantages of high-temperature roasting kiln and cooling rotary kiln in the production process of polymer lithium battery material rotary kiln.Based on the shortcomings of the widely used high-temperature calcination kiln and cooling rotary kiln socket structures in industry,improvement measures such as adding insulation plates at the end of the high-temperature calcination kiln,changing the rotating packing seal to static packing seal,and introducing gas sealing devices are proposed to make the high-temperature calcination kiln and cooling rotary kiln socket structures more widely used in the production process of lithium battery materials.
