摘  要:注塑成型具备生产效率高、制件尺寸一致性好、制件质量稳定、适宜大批量生产等优点,已广泛应用于人们工作、生活的诸多领域。伴随个性化需求增多,深腔薄壁类产品已加快在各类日用行业中的应用,由于其产品结构原因,此类产品的模具尺寸、结构相对较严苛。利用常规注塑的手段难以获得稳定质量的产品。本文从材料、工艺、模具着力分析,重点对深腔薄壁注塑模具结构进行分析,经验证对熔融指数偏低的材料生产深腔薄壁产品质量也有明显改善,可为相关模具制作企业及塑料加工企业起到一定的参考作用。Injection molding has the advantages of high production efficiency,good dimensional consistency,stable product quality,and suitability for mass production.It has been widely used in many fields of people's work and life.With the increasing demand for personalization,deep cavity thin-walled products have accelerated their application in various daily industries.Due to their product structure,the mold size and structure of these products are relatively strict.It is difficult to obtain stable quality products using conventional injection molding methods.This article focuses on the analysis of the structure of deep cavity thin-walled injection molds from the perspectives of materials,processes,and mold forces.After verification,the quality of deep cavity thin-walled products produced from materials with low melt index has also been significantly improved,which can serve as a reference for relevant mold making and plastic processing enterprises.
