摘  要:试验表明PET钛催化剂添加量与催化活性的关系基本为线性关系。钛催化剂的催化活性相较锑催化剂要高,钛催化剂在PET熔融聚合过程的活性很高,但在固相聚合过程中催化活性相对略低。缩聚温度、齐聚物COOH含量等因素对钛催化剂催化活性有较大影响。钛催化剂催化活性控制对PET黏度、色度等产品关键质量指标稳定控制有较大影响。The experiment shows that the relationship between the amount of PET titanium catalyst added and the catalytic activity is basically linear.The catalytic activity of titanium catalysts is higher than that of antimony catalysts.Titanium catalysts have high activity in the PET melt polymerization process,but their catalytic activity is relatively low in the solid-state polymerization process.Factors such as condensation temperature and COOH content of oligomers have a significant impact on the catalytic activity of titanium catalysts.The control of titanium catalyst catalytic activity has a significant impact on the stable control of key quality indicators such as PET viscosity and chromaticity.
