摘 要:为评估覆冰情况下的故障风险,并在出现故障后快速准确地提供故障恢复策略,提出一种考虑冰灾天气影响生成电力系统故障恢复策略的方法。首先模拟冰雨过境工况,根据元件覆冰厚度得出计及冰雨时空特征影响的故障概率模型;然后,结合故障概率模拟系统故障场景,以最小化系统负荷损失为目标,建立电网故障恢复模型,并采用近似线性化方法进行模型转换和求解。最后,以某实际城区电网为算例进行分析验证,得到不同故障场景下的电力系统有效恢复策略。To evaluate the fault risks under icing condition and propose fault recovery strategies after a fault rapidly and accurately,this paper proposes a method for generating a grid fault recovery strategy considering the influence of ice disaster weather.It firstly simulates the ice rain transit and obtains the fault probability model considering the influence of temporal and spatial characteristics of ice rain according to the ice thickness of the component.Then,combined with fault scenarios of the fault probability simulation system,it establishes the power grid fault recovery model with the goal of minimizing the system load loss.Meanwhile,it uses the approximate linearization method to transform and solve the model.Finally,an actual urban power grid is taken as an example for analysis and verification,and the effective recovery strategy of power grid under different fault conditions is obtained.
