全国青少年校园足球“满天星”训练营后备人才培养质量评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：“满天星”训练营是提高校园足球竞技水平和培养足球后备人才的重要平台,建立科学合理的评价体系是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。本文运用文献资料、德尔菲、数理统计等研究方法,以校园足球“满天星”训练后备人才培养质量评价指标体系为研究对象、系统论为理论基础,构建了校园足球“满天星”训练营后备人才培养质量评价指标体系,并对各级指标进行权重计算。该体系包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、31个三级指标,各层级的评价指标既相互独立又彼此联系。该指标体系体现了整体观,既要重视优势要素的建设,也要重视弱势要素的整体跟进;只有体系内部各要素协调发展,才能促进系统有序稳定运行,最终提高“满天星”训练营的人才培养质量。STARS Training Bases is an important platform to improve the level of campus football competition and train football reserve talents.Using scientific and reasonable evaluation system to evaluate the quality of talent training is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training.In this paper,using the literature methods,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,with the reserve talent training quality evaluation index system at STARS Training Bases as the research object,based on the system theory,the quality evaluation index system of the reserve talents training in the school football STARS Training Bases is constructed,and the weight calculation of each index is carried out.The system includes 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators.The evaluation indicators at each level are both independent and interrelated.It requires us to have a holistic view.We should not only pay attention to the construction of the advantageous elements,but also pay attention to the overall follow-up of the weak elements.Only the coordinated development of all elements within the system can promote the orderly and stable operation of the system and improve the talent training quality of STARS Training Bases.
