体育素养视域下无线电测向运动的功能定位与发展策略

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对无线电测向运动与体育素养的内在联系进行梳理,从体育素养视域分析无线电测向运动的发展机遇与挑战,探究无线电测向运动功能定位并提出发展策略。研究结果:无线电测向运动具有立德树人的基本功能、强身健脑修心的核心功能和培养终身体育意识的根本功能。据此提出无线电测向运动发展策略:(1)加强理论研究,提高无线电测向运动科学性;(2)融合项目属性,促进无线电测向运动协调发展;(3)“顶天立地”,完善无线电测向运动体系构建;(4)扩大宣传,提高无线电测向运动社会认同。Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper examines the inherent connection between the radio direction finding sport and physical literacy.From the perspective of physical literacy,it analyzes the development opportunities and challenges of amateur radio direction finding and explores its functional positioning while proposing development strategies.The main conclusion is that amateur radio direction finding has the fundamental function of cultivating virtue and educating people,the core function of enhancing physical and mental health,and the fundamental function of cultivating lifelong sports awareness.The development strategies proposed for amateur radio direction finding include:strengthening theoretical research to improve the scientific nature of amateur radio direction finding;integrating project attributes to promote the coordinated development of amateur radio direction finding;improving the system construction of amateur radio direction finding;and expanding publicity to enhance social recognition of amateur radio direction finding.
