摘　　要：体育竞争情报理论是体育情报学研究的十大领域之一,其中竞争性情报信息与应用情报活动衔接的现实窘境问题亟须创新抒解,而情报系统作为体育情报研究工作的细分和延伸,在竞技游泳专项实践应用方面值得反思,三者的交叉研究领域有待提高。为备战2024年巴黎奥运会,助力中国竞技游泳生态环境发展,本文利用文献资料法、网络访谈法和逻辑分析法,筛选整理其中的重要资料和文献,访谈关键游泳情报需求,逻辑递推出竞技游泳竞争性情报信息的情报需求、信息集成、知识加工和情报分析4个环节,以及竞技游泳应用情报活动的战术行动、比赛信息和情报网络3个板块,构想出以游泳竞争情报库为引擎的智慧游泳竞争情报系统,将情报规划和管理模块、情报采集模块、情报分析模块和情报应用模块四大模块服务于竞技游泳情报活动的7个场景中,一体化衔接游泳竞争性情报信息和应用情报活动,塑造智慧游泳竞争信息体系理论,在一定程度上推进国家体育总局专项信息情报综合平台的规划和部署进程。未来,人工智能算法多维升级和大数据技术迭代更新将引领竞技游泳竞争性情报信息的前瞻性和预判性,也势必推动更有效、更及时、更精准的竞技游泳应用情报活动。The theory of sports competitive intlligence is one of the ten major areas of sports intelligence research,in which the real-life dilemma of the interface between competitive intelligence information and applied intelligence activities requires urgent innovative solutions,while intelligence systems,as a subdivision and extension of sports intelligence research work,is worthy of reflection in the practical application of competitive swimming,and the intersection of the three research areas needs to be improved.To prepare for the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024 and support the growth of Chinas competitive swimming ecology,the literature method,network interview method,and logical analysis method are all used in this paper to organize and screen relevant information and literature,interview key swimming information needs,logically reasoning four competitive swimming scenarios of competitive intelligence information:intelligence needs,information integration,knowledge processing and intelligence analysis,and three competitive swimming scenarios of competitive swimming applied intelligence activities:tactical action,competition information and intelligence network.A smart swimming competitive intelligence system with a swimming competitive intelligence repository as the engine has been conceptualized,serving the 4 modules of information planning and management,information collection,intelligence analysis and application in 7 scenarios of competitive swimming intelligence activities.The theory of smart swimming competitive information systems is the result of an integrated strategy to bridging the competitive intelligence information and aplied intelligence activities of competitive swimming.It helps promote the General Administration of Sports'special information and intelligence integrated platform.In the future,the multidimensional upgrading of artificial intelligence algorithms and the iterative updating of big data technology wil lead to the forward-looking and predictive nature of competitive swimming intelligence
