人工智能赋能运动训练的实践应用、现实困境及优化路径

摘　　要：人工智能技术作为驱动新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要力量,正在加快与千行百业的深度融合,其万物互联、实时共享的独特优势亦是为运动训练领域带来了新机遇和发展契机。本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对人工智能赋能运动训练的作用机制、实践应用、现实困境及优化路径进行剖析。研究认为:人工智能可成为以运动成绩为目标导向、以差异化训练为基础的运动训练进行赋能助力;当前面临基础设施不足、运动员隐私泄露和人才保障机制不完备的现实障碍。为更好地推动人工智能在运动训练领域中的应用,特提出相应优化路径:(1)抓住政策机遇,强化智能运动场地基础建设;(2)完善相关法律法规及行业标准,保障数据安全;(3)加大人才队伍的培养和引进力度,提升训练团队核心竞争力。As an important force driving a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,artificial intelligence technology is accelerating its deep integration with thousands of industries.Its unique advantages of interconnection and real-time sharing of everything also bring new development opportunities in the field of sports training.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the mechanism,practical application,dilemma and optimization path of artificial intelligence empowering sports training.The research holds that the mechanism of artificial intelligence empowering sports training is based on sports performance as the goal orientation and differentiated training as the planning basis.It is faced with the realistic obstacles of insufficient infrastructure,athletes'privacy leakage and incomplete talent guarantee mechanism.In order to better promote the application of artificial intelligence in the field of sports training,the corresponding optimization paths are proposed:(a)seize policy opportunities and strengthen the infrastructure construction of intelligent sports venues;(b)improve relevant laws and regulations and industry standards to protect data privacy;(c)increase the training and introduction of talent team,and enhance the core competitiveness of the training team.
