摘 要:采用了湿法浸出的方法,进行了硫酸回收废富锌油漆渣中的锌并将其制备成高纯度氧化锌的研究,考察了在硫酸浓度10%,固液比20%、浸出时间10 h,温度25℃,转速50 r/min的条件下,锌的浸出浓度为95.03 g/L,浸出率为94.50%。将浸出液的pH值调到3.5,反应温度80℃,反应50 min后,浸出液中的铁完全沉淀。向浸出液中加入碳酸钠溶液制备碳酸锌,过滤洗涤干燥后,马弗炉中600℃分解2 h得到高纯度的氧化锌。锌的回收率为84.86%,损失率为15.14%。对浸出渣的浸出毒性进行测试,结果表明浸出渣没有浸出毒性,且主要成分为SiO_(2),可以用于制备水泥、陶瓷、玻璃,从而实现废富锌油漆渣的资源化利用。The method of wet leaching was used to recover zinc from waste zinc-rich paint residue with sulfuric acid and prepare it into high-purity zinc oxide.Under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 10%,solid-liquid ratio of 20%,leaching time of 10 h,temperature of 25 ℃,and rotation speed of 50 r/min,the study was carried out.The leaching concentration of zinc was 95.03 g/L and the leaching rate was 94.50%.After the pH value of the leaching solution was adjusted to 3.5,the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ for 50 min,the iron in the leaching solution was completely precipitated.Zinc carbonate was prepared by adding sodium carbonate solution to the leaching solution.After filtration,washing and drying,high purity zinc oxide was obtained by decomposition at 600 ℃ in Muffle furnace for 2 h.The recovery rate of zinc was 84.86% and the loss rate was 15.14%.The leaching toxicity of the leaching residue was tested,and the results showed that the leaching residue had no leaching toxicity,and the main component was SiO_(2),which could be used to prepare cement,ceramics and glass,so as to realize the resource utilization of waste zinc-rich paint residue.
