摘 要:苯酚废水处理技术中,低温催化湿式氧化技术(CWAO)因其对有机污染物去除浓度范围宽、反应温度低和去除率高等优点被广泛关注。用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)掺杂污泥生物质炭制备出新型催化剂(DSMC),利用XRD、FTIR、SEM-EDX进行表征,采用响应面法分析法(BBD)对DSMC的制备时间、pH值、n(Fe^(3+))∶n(Fe^(2+))和n(DMDAAC)因素进行分析,并对DSMC投加量、CWAO温度、过硫酸钾(K_(2)S_(2)O_(8))浓度以及pH值进行讨论和优化。结果表明,DSMC加入量1.0 g/L,pH=11.0,T=180℃,t=2 h,C_(K2)S_(2)O_(8)=4000 mg/L时,COD去除率最佳。响应面优化制备参数为t=24 h,pH=11.98,n(Fe^(2+))∶n(Fe^(3+))=1.50,n(DMDAAC)=1.00 mol,该条件下DSMC的COD去除率达65.52%,平行实验去除率最高可达到65.9%。Among the treatment technologies for phenol in water,low-temperature catalytic wet air oxidation(CWAO) has been widely used because of its advantages of the wide range of organic pollutant removal concentration,low reaction temperature,and high removal rate.Dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)-doped sludge biomass carbon catalyst(DSMC) was prepared and characterized by XRD,and the maximum removal rate of FTIR paraller experiment reached 65.9%.SEM and EDX,and the DSMC preparation time,pH,n(Fe^(3+))∶n(Fe^(2+)) and n(DMDAAC) factors were analyzed by response surface methodology analysis(BBD),and the DSMC dosage,CWAO temperature,potassium persulfate(K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)) concentration and the pH of CWAO were discussed to optimize the reaction conditions.The results showed that the best COD removal rate was achieved at DSMC addition amount of 1.0 g/L,pH=11.0,T=180 ℃,t=2 h and C_(K_(2)S_(2)O_(8))=4 000 mg/L.The response surface optimized preparation parameters were t=24 h,pH=11.98,n(Fe^(2+))∶n(Fe^(3+))=1.50,n(DMDAAC)=1.00 mol.The COD removal rate of DSMC under these conditions was 65.52%.
