摘 要:综述了废催化剂处理技术的研究现状,分析了废催化剂稀贵金属/有价金属回收的常规工艺及主要问题,介绍了废催化剂中有价金属的生物沥浸技术及废催化剂脱毒残渣建材化利用适用性分析,评价了废催化剂处理处置技术前景。总结了胞外多聚物(EPS)的提取和分析方法、EPS的组成及特性、EPS在生物沥浸中的作用以及EPS在生物沥浸中的作用分子生物学研究。The current research status of waste catalyst treatment technology is reviewed,the conventional processes and main problems of rare/valuable metal recovery from waste catalysts are analyzed,the bioleaching technology of valuable metals from waste catalysts and the analysis of the applicability of waste catalyst detoxification residues for building materials utilization are introduced,and the prospects of waste catalyst treatment and disposal technology are evaluated.The extraction and analysis methods of extracellular polymorphs(EPS),the composition and properties of EPS,the role of EPS in bioleaching,and the molecular biology of EPS in bioleaching are summarized.
