新发展阶段广东县域经济高质量发展测度和时空分异探究

摘　　要：基于高质量发展的内涵特征构建广东县域经济高质量发展水平测度指标体系,综合使用改进后的AHP法和熵值法模型,对广东57个县(市)经济高质量发展水平进行测度,同时探究高质量发展水平的时空演变格局、区域差距来源以及分布动态。研究表明:广东县域经济高质量发展得分呈现稳定上升走势,经济总量增长与人均存量增加是推动广东县域经济高质量发展的关键力量;县域高质量发展水平空间分布不平衡,呈现出“核心强劲,东西适宜,北部较弱”的空间格局;区域差距有逐渐扩大的发展趋势,总体差距主要来源于区域间差距。未来,需要从产业结构调整与优化、特色产业分化与集群再造、“产城人”协同发展、区际借位与协作推动县域跨区联动发展方面入手实现广东县域经济高质量发展水平的稳步提升。Based on the essential connotation of high-quality development,this paper constructs an indicator system for measuring the level of high-quality development of the county economy in Guangdong,comprehensively uses the improved AHP method and entropy method model to measure the level of high-quality development of the economy of 57 counties in Guangdong,and explores the spatio-temporal evolution pattern,regional gap sources and distribution dynamics of the level of high-quality development.The research showed that,the score of high-quality development of Guangdong county economy showed a steady upward trend,and the growth of economic aggregate and the increase of per capita stock were the key forces to promote the high-quality development of Guangdong county economy;The spatial distribution of high-quality development level in the county was unbalanced,showing a spatial pattern of“strong core,suitable for the east and west,and weak in the north”;The regional gap had a trend of gradual expansion, and the overall gap mainly came from the inter regional gap. In the future, it is necessary to realize the steady improvement of the high-quality development level of county economy in Guangdong from the aspects of industrial structure adjust-ment and optimization, characteristic industry differentiation and cluster reconstruction, “ industry-city-people” coordinated development, and inter regional borrowing and cooperation to promote the inter regional linkage development of county economy.
