摘 要:针对现有钢芯断股漏磁场的研究中只考虑断股的长、宽、深等几何参数,鲜见涉及股线断口角度对漏磁场影响的问题,建立钢芯漏磁检测装置的三维有限元模型,分析12种断股角度工况下漏磁矢量B_(x)、B_(y)与B_(z)的分布规律,并将3种矢量进行对比,得到对断股最敏感的矢量方向。结果表明,矢量B_(x)和B_(y)呈多峰形态,且以断股角度90°为分界点,正负峰分布特征相反,而矢量B_(z)在断股角度90°时因断股宽度影响出现多峰,其他工况均为单峰形态。对比各矢量峰值发现,矢量B_(x)和B_(y)在各工况下正负峰值均较为相近。矢量B_(z)峰值远大于B_(x)和B_(y)峰值,断股角度90°时差值最大,B_(x)与B_(y)正峰值分别仅为B_(z)正峰值的4.5%和2.2%,负峰值绝对值仅为B_(z)正峰值的1.5%和2.9%。矢量B_(z)对钢芯断股最敏感,霍尔元件应垂直于导线表面布置以拾取矢量B_(z),此时漏磁信号检测最为有效。Many existing studies on the magnetic flux leakage of broken strands in the steel core only consider geometric parameters such as length,width and depth of the broken strands,and the impact of the broken strand angle on the leakage field has rarely been discussed.Therefore,this paper establishes a 3D finite element model of a steel core magnetic flux leakage detection device to analyze the magnetic flux leakage vectors B_(x),B_(y)and B_(z)under 12 different broken strand angle conditions.B_(y)comparing the three vectors,the vector direction which is most sensitive to detecting broken strand faults is obtained.The results show that vectors B_(x)and B_(y)exhibit multimodal distributions,and the distributions of positive and negative peaks are opposite with a 90°broken strand angle as the division point.Moreover,vector B_(z)exhibits multiple peaks at a 90°broken strand angle due to the influence of the broken strand width,while in other conditions B_(z)exhibits a single-peak distribution.The comparison of the vector peak values shows that the vectors B_(x)and B_(y)have similar positive and negative peak values under different operating conditions.The peak values of vector B_(z)significantly exceed that of B_(x)and B_(y),with the largest difference observed at a 90°broken strand angle.The positive peak values of B_(x)and B_(y)are only 4.5%and 2.2%of the positive peak value of B_(z),and the absolute values of the negative peaks are only 1.5%and 2.9%of the positive peak value of B_(z).Vector B_(z)proves to be the most sensitive in detecting broken strands of the steel core.Consequently,Hall elements should be arranged perpendicular to the transmission line surface to detect vector B_(z)as the most effective signal detection scheme.
