摘  要:大规模风电机组参与调频会对电力系统的频率稳定产生较大影响。传统低频减载控制策略的研究尚未考虑风电机组频率响应的影响,可能导致低频减载控制策略与传统火电、风电调频资源配置不合理。为此,文章提出一种考虑风电频率响应的电力系统低频减载控制策略。首先,基于风电虚拟惯性和一次调频控制模型,建立考虑风电参与调频的电力系统频率响应简化模型;其次,分析风电参与频率响应的有功响应特性对系统不平衡功率量的影响,进而精细化估算用于指导低频减载的不平衡功率量;最后,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台对所提电力系统低频减载控制策略进行了仿真验证。The participation of large-scale wind turbines in frequency regulation will have a significant impact on the frequency stability of the power system.However,the research on traditional low-frequency load shedding control strategies has not yet considered the impact of wind turbine frequency response,which may lead to unreasonable allocation of low-frequency load shedding control strategies compared to traditional thermal power and wind power frequency regulation resources.Therefore,this paper proposes a low-frequency load shedding control strategy for power systems that considers wind power frequency response.Firstly,based on the virtual inertia of wind power and the primary frequency regulation control model,a simplified frequency response model of the power system considering wind power participation in frequency regulation is established.Secondly,the influence of active power response characteristics of wind power participating in frequency response on system unbalanced power is analyzed,and then the unbalanced power used to guide low-frequency load shedding is refined.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform is used to verify the proposed control strategy of low frequency load shedding.
