摘　　要：文章基于智能制造2025人才培养相关政策,依托东莞理工学院智能制造专业,针对目前在开设“WinCC数据采集与监控”课程过程中缺乏串接所有知识点的综合设计类案例、讲授知识点较为零散的问题,开展了课程案例设计研究,旨在引导学生通过案例融会贯通本课程中的实时数据采集、信息显示、设各控制等实际技能,从实战应用的角度培养专业人才。This article is based on the policies related to talent cultivation in intelligent manufacturing2025,relying on the intelligent manufacturing major of Dongguan University of Technology.Inresponse to the current lack of comprehensive design cases that connect all knowledge points duringthe course of"WinCC data collection and monitoring"and the scattered teaching knowledge points,acourse case design study is conducted to guide students to integrate realtime data collection,information display,and culivate professional talents from the perspective of practical applicationthrough practical skills such as equipment control.
