摘  要:为充分、有效地利用一切检查测量手段来保证航天发射任务中运载火箭动力系统的质量安全,基于是否可测的质量属性,结合发射场测试发射流程,提出逻辑决断的质量保证方法。经实例分析验证,该质量保证方法对动力系统故障发现率可达79.2%,覆盖率可达100%,可有效提高运载火箭发射场质量保证的有效性。In order to ensure the quality and safety of the launch vehicle propulsion system in space launch missions by making fully effective use of all inspections and test means,a quality assurance method of logical decision was proposed based on the test and launch process at launch sites and the quality attributes for which whether they can be measured.An example shows that the fault detection rate of propulsion system can reach 79.2%,the coverage rate can reach 100%,and the quality assurance benefit of the launch vehicle in launching sites can be improved effectively.
