摘 要:对某航天研究所的质量管理信息化工作进行了现状分析,通过研究其实施成效,剖析了研究所在质量管理信息化方面存在的不足,并结合问题成因提出了解决方案。为解决质量管理信息系统利用率低、质量控制支撑力不足和综合质量数据展现力弱等问题,重点对研究所的质量管理信息化工作进行了改进,明确了改进的目标、思路和具体措施,制定了全面质量管理信息化的总体方案,给出了业务流程和数据流的整体架构,简述了质量管理信息化构建的主要功能,最后给出了在科研生产模式创新的前提下采取的必要保障措施。An analysis was conducted on the current situation of quality management informatization work in some aerospace research institute.Through studying its implementation effectiveness,the shortcomings of the institute in quality management informatization were analyzed,and solutions were proposed based on the causes of the problems.In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of quality management information system,insufficient quality control support and weak presentation of comprehensive quality data,the quality management informatization of the Institute was mainly improved,the improvement goals,ideas and specific measures were defined,the overall plan of total quality management informatization was formulated,the overall structure of business process and data flow was given,and the main functions of quality management informatization construction were briefly introduced.Finally,necessary safeguard measures were provided under the premise of innovative scientific research and production models.
