摘　　要：分析了新形势下型号产品研制对质量管理的数字化要求,针对当前航天研制单位在质量信息化建设中存在的问题,提出了适用于院所(厂)两级的一体化质量信息化管控平台的建设思路和框架,阐述了质量功能模块设置原则及信息化管控平台重点建设内容,并给出了后续具体实施建议。The requirements of aerospace product development for quality management under the new situation were analyzed.In view of the problems existing in quality information construction of the two-level organizations of the aerospace institutes(factories),the idea and framework of the construction of an integrated quality information management and control platform suitable for the institutes(factories)were put forward.The selection of quality function module setting and the key contents of information management and control platform were introduced,and the following specific implementation suggestions were given.
