摘 要:NASA对可靠性及维修性政策和要求进行了调整,从关注过程到更加关注结果。新版《NASA航天系统可靠性及维修性标准》不再规定具体的可靠性及维修性工作项目,而是从故障预防、控制、维修等方面建立了完善的可靠性及维修性要求体系,要求承制方全面落实并采用结构化的方法对要求的实现情况进行综合验证。采用该种方式,既能保证订购方的要求得以贯彻落实,又能充分发挥承制方的自主性,使得可靠性及维修性工作与产品研制过程结合更紧密,从而以更加高效的方式保证装备的可靠性及维修性,这方面值得国内航天行业参考和借鉴。NASA has adjusted its reliability and maintainability policies and requirements,from focusing on the process to focusing more on the results.The new version of the NASA Reliability and Maintainability Standard for Spaceflight and Support Systems does not specify specific reliability and maintainability tasks,but establishes a complete reliability and maintainability requirement system from the aspects of fault prevention,control,maintenance,etc.,requiring the contractors to fully implement and comprehensively verify the implementation of the requirements by using the structural method.In this way,it can ensure that the requirements of the ordering party can be implemented,and give full play to the autonomy of the contractors,so that the reliability and maintainability work can be more closely combined with the product development process,and the reliability and maintainability of the equipment can be guaranteed in a more efficient way,which is worth of reference by the domestic aerospace industry.
