摘　　要：目的:探讨合并残余炎症风险的慢性冠状动脉综合征患者调节性T细胞的表达及临床意义。方法:选取确诊慢性冠状动脉综合征的患者,且LDL-C水平已达治疗目标,根据hsCRP水平筛选并分为血清hsCRP正常组(0~2 mg/L)及hsCRP升高组(≥2 mg/L);检测两组患者外周血调节性T细胞及炎症标志物水平,并进行差异及相关性分析。结果:相比于hsCRP正常组,hsCRP升高组外周血调节性T细胞及抗炎细胞因子表达显著降低,致炎细胞因子表达显著升高(P<0.05);受试者血清hsCRP与调节性T细胞表达、炎症标志物明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:调节性T细胞可能参与慢性冠状动脉综合征患者残余炎症形成。Objective:To investigate expression and clinical significance of regulatory T cells in patients with chronic coronary syndrome at risk of residual inflammation.Methods:Patients with chronic coronary syndrome whose LDL-C level had reached treatment target were selected and divided into normal serum hsCRP group(0~2 mg/L)and elevated hsCRP group(≥2 mg/L)according to hsCRP level.Regulatory T cells and inflammatory markers levels in peripheral blood of two groups were detected,and difference and correlation were analyzed.Results:Compared with normal hsCRP group,expressions of regulatory T cells and anti-inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood of elevated hsCRP group were decreased significantly(P<0.05),expressions of inflammatory cytokines were significantly increased(P<0.05);serum hsCRP was significantly correlated with expression of regulatory T cells and inflammatory markers(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regulatory T cells may be involved in formation of residual inflammation in patients with chronic coronary syndrome.
