摘　　要：移植排斥反应和自身免疫性疾病严重影响人类健康和生活质量,探寻其机制及应对策略一直是免疫耐受研究领域的重点问题。雌二醇是一类维持机体正常生理状态的重要激素,主要促进生殖系统发育,并对机体代谢水平进行调节。近年来,随着对免疫耐受的研究不断深入,雌二醇对免疫耐受的影响受到越来越多国内外学者的关注,大量研究显示,雌二醇在诱导免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。本文就雌二醇在诱导免疫耐受中的影响及其作用机制的研究现状进行综述,为诱导免疫耐受的研究提供新思路。Transplantation rejection and autoimmune diseases seriously affect human health and quality of life.To explore their mechanisms and coping strategies has always been a key issue in the field of immune tolerance.Estradiol is an important hormone to maintain the normal physiological state of the body,which mainly promotes the development of reproductive system and regulates metabolic level of the body.In recent years,along with the continuously go deep into the study of immune tolerance,estradiol effects on immune tolerance is more and more attention of scholars both at home and abroad,a large number of studies have shown that estradiol plays a significant role in the induction of immune tolerance.In this paper,the effect of estradiol in induction of immune tolerance mechanism and summarized the research status,provide new way for the research of induction of immune tolerance.
