摘  要:北京市轨道交通19号线一期新宫车辆段的联合检修库及小汽车库大底盘采用框架结构,上盖12栋装配整体式高层住宅采用剪力墙结构,因联合检修库建筑及工艺功能要求,致使住宅剪力墙不能落地,综合考虑经济性与适用性,在小汽车库顶板和住宅首层楼板之间设置层高为2.1m的隔震层。针对大底盘多塔楼层间隔震超限结构的特点,采用YJK、ETABS、SAUSG软件建立整体结构计算模型,从隔震支座验算、嵌固刚度比、结构整体指标、构件损伤情况等方面,对结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震弹性分析及罕遇地震弹塑性分析。结果表明,隔震支座各项指标、结构整体指标均满足相关规范要求;隔震层、框架结构大底盘和上盖剪力墙结构住宅均能满足预期的性能目标。The large chassis of the joint maintenance shed and small car garage of the Xingong Depot of Phase I of Beijing Metro Line 19 adopts a frame structure,and the 12 prefabricated integrated high⁃rise residential buildings on top adopt shear wall structure.Due to the requirements of the joint maintenance shed building and process functions,the shear wall of the residential buildings cannot be placed on the ground.Taking into account the economy and applicability,2.1m high isolation layer is set between the roof of the small car garage and the first floor of the residential building.In response to the characteristics of the interlayer isolation and out⁃of⁃code structure of multi tower buildings with large chassis,YJK,ETABS,and SAUSG software were used to establish an overall structural calculation model.From the aspects of isolation support verification,embedded stiffness ratio,overall structural indicators,and component damage,elastic analysis of frequent earthquake,fortification intensity earthquake,rare earthquake and elastic⁃plastic analysis of rare earthquake for the structure were carried out.The results show that the various indicators of the isolation support and the overall indicators of the structure meet the requirements of relevant specifications,and the isolation layer,frame structure large chassis,and upper shear wall structure residential buildings can all meet the expected performance goals.
