摘 要:海上风电建设项目组织难度大、成本高,施工受海洋环境制约显著。海上作业面中,用于基础施工和风机吊装的主作业船,其适用性对项目实施顺利与否具有关键的决定因素。以广东某海上风电建设项目为例,基于多年风浪数值后报数据,考虑基础施工主作业起重船的可作业风速、波高、波周期以及海上施工特点,以建设周期内的可作业天数为评价指标,分析满足建设要求的船舶所需达到的抗风浪水平,帮助业主和承建单位对主作业船进行选型。Offshore wind power construction projects are difficult to organize and costly,the construction is significantly constrained by the sea environment.In offshore operations,the applicability of the main vessel for foundation construction and wind turbine lifting is a key determinant of the smooth implementation of the project.Taking an offshore wind power construction project in Guangdong as an example,based on the data reported after many years of wind and wave values,this paper analyzes the wind and wave resistance level required by the ship that meets the construction requirements,with considering the operable wind speed,wave height,wave cycle and offshore construction characteristics of the main crane vessel of the foundation construction,and taking the number of operable days in the construction period as the evaluation index.It would help the owner and the contractor to select the proper type of main operating vessel.
