摘  要:为有效控制郑州市某下穿隧道大断面顶管施工过程中的地层沉降并及时指导本工程的安全施工,需要对顶管施工引起地表变形的机理和变形规律进行分析。本文深入研究了顶管隧道施工引起地表沉降的发展规律;使用有限元分析软件迈达斯,根据现场实际地质参数等情况建立实体物理分析模型,对施工全过程、周边环境、地层及施工引起的地表沉降进行模拟、计算及预测,得出顶管施工后沉降的预测值。同时根据现场实际施工影响范围布设监测测点并进行沉降监测,经过对比分析,验证了本实验模型的可靠性和适用性。本文为指导本工程后续施工过程提供了有效的经验,也为黄泛区内后续类似工程施工提供了有益的参考。In order to effectively control the ground settlement during the large section pipe jacking construction of a underpass tunnel in Zhengzhou city and guide the safe construction of this project in time,it is necessary to analyze and study the mechanism and deformation law of ground surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction.In this paper,the development law of ground settlement caused by pipe jacking tunnel construction was deeply studied;The finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTS NX was applied to establish a physical analysis model according to the actual geological parameters on site,simulate,calculate and predict the whole construction process,surrounding environment,stratum and surface settlement caused by construction,and obtain the predicted value of the settlement after pipe jacking construction.At the same time,monitoring points were arranged according to the actual construction influence range and settlement monitoring was carried out.Through comparative analysis,the reliability and applicability of this experimental model were verified.This paper provided effective experience for guiding the subsequent construction process of this project,and also provided a useful reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects in the Yellow River flooded areas.
