摘 要:无定形二氧化硅常作为脉石矿物存在于辉钼矿中,但其对辉钼矿浮选的影响尚不明确。采用X射线衍射与工艺矿物学相结合的方法定量分析了钼矿中无定形二氧化硅的含量。分析可知,金堆城钼矿南、北露天矿和黄龙铺西沟钼矿中均存在无定形二氧化硅,含量分别为4.74%、17.34%、9.31%。通过矿浆流变学试验、泡沫层高度测量试验和泡沫均匀性试验以及采用聚焦光束反射测量技术、实时在线颗粒录影显微镜,揭示了辉钼矿浮选中无定形二氧化硅的流变学效应及其对辉钼矿浮选指标的影响。结果表明,无定形二氧化硅含量由0%增至6%,絮体特征粒径小幅增加,适度提高矿浆黏度,泡沫层高度增加,脉石矿物回收率降低,气泡尺寸适中,浮选精矿品位和回收率提高;无定形二氧化硅含量超过6%后,絮体特征粒径大幅增加,矿浆黏度显著提高,泡沫不易生成,且脉石矿物回收率增加,造成浮选指标恶化。Amorphous silica is often present in molybdenite as a vein mineral,but its influence on molybdenite flotation is unclear.In this paper,the content of amorphous silica in molybdenum ore was quantified using a combination of X-ray diffraction and process mineralogy.The analysis shows that amorphous silica is present in the south and north open pit of Jinduicheng molybdenum mine and in the molybdenum ore of Huanglongpu Xigou,with contents of 4.74%,17.34%and 9.31%,respectively.Then the rheological effects of amorphous silica in molybdenite flotation and its influence on the flotation index of molybdenite were revealed by pulp rheology test,froth layer height measurement test and froth uniformity test,as well as by using focused beam reflectometry technique and real-time online particle recording microscope.When the amorphous silica content increased from 0%to 6%,the characteristic particle size of flocs increased slightly,which moderately improved the pulp viscosity and increased the height and size of the froth layer,improving the flotation recovery and concentrate grade;after the amorphous silica content exceeded 6%,the characteristic particle size of flocs increased significantly,the pulp viscosity increased significantly,and the froth was not easily generated,resulting in the deterioration of flotation index.
