摘 要:两性表面活性剂月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(LAB)溶解性好、毒性低,还具有优异的发泡性能,具备作为捕收剂的基本条件。将LAB作为捕收剂首次引入赤铁矿反浮选脱硅体系中。为探究LAB-35对石英和赤铁矿的浮选性能,通过单矿物和人工混合矿浮选试验,分别考察了矿浆p H值、淀粉用量和LAB-35用量对石英和赤铁矿可浮性及分选性能的影响。通过接触角、红外光谱、Zeta电位和吸附量检测分析了LAB-35与石英和赤铁矿的作用机理。结果表明:LAB-35对石英具有良好的可浮性,对赤铁矿的可浮性较弱;在p H值为6.2、LAB-35用量为20 mg/L和淀粉用量为3 mg/L的条件下,可获得铁品位为66.17%、回收率为95.34%的浮选指标;机理分析表明,LAB-35与石英表面以静电吸附的形式发生作用,且在酸性至弱碱性条件下对石英的吸附能力较强。综上所述,LAB-35作为捕收剂在铁矿反浮选领域具有巨大潜力。The amphoteric surfactant laurylamidopropyl betaine(LAB)has good solubility and low toxicity,and also has excellent foaming properties,which possesses the basic conditions to be used as a trapping agent.In order to investigate the flotation performance of LAB-35 on quartz and hematite,the effects of pulp pH,starch dosage and LAB-35 dosage on the floatability and sorting performance of quartz and hematite were investigated by single-mineral and artificial mixed ore flotation tests.The interaction mechanism of LAB-35 with quartz and hematite was analyzed by contact angle,infrared spectroscopy,Zeta potential and adsorption detection.The results show that LAB-35 has good flotation property on quartz,and the excellent flotation indexes of 66.17%iron grade and 95.34%recovery can be obtained under the conditions of pH 6.2,20 mg/L LAB-35 dosage and 3 mg/L starch dosage;the mechanism analysis shows that LAB-35 and the surface of quartz interact with each other by electrostatic adsorption,and the flotation performance of quartz can be analyzed by Zeta potential and adsorption amount under the conditions of acidic to weak alkaline.Mechanism analysis shows that LAB-35 interacts with quartz surface in the form of electrostatic adsorption,and the adsorption capacity of quartz is stronger under acidic to weak alkaline conditions.In summary,LAB-35 has great potential as a collector in the field of iron ore reverse flotation.
