摘  要:为分离金红石与石榴石,在以亚硝基苯胲胺作捕收剂,硝酸铅做活化剂的体系中,研究抑制剂氟硅酸钠对金红石与石榴石浮选分离的影响,同时借助Zeta电位、接触角及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了氟硅酸钠选择性抑制石榴石的作用机理。单矿物浮选实验表明氟硅酸钠对石榴石具有明显的选择抑制效果,在pH=6.5,抑制剂浓度80 mg/L条件下,石榴石回收率仅为6.13%,金红石仍保持较好的可浮性,回收率高达81.53%,两者回收率差异高达75.40个百分点,接触角及Zeta电位试验表明氟硅酸钠在石榴石上的吸附强度明显高于金红石,石榴石与氟硅酸钠发生了化学吸附,氟硅酸钠中的SiF_(6)^(2-)是抑制石榴石的主要组分,XPS证明了SiF_(6)^(2-)中的氟元素和石榴石表面的铁元素之间形成Fe—F化学键,石榴石表面没有了足够的活性位点供捕收剂作用,从而起到抑制石榴石的作用。In order to separate rutile and garnet,the effect of sodium fluosilicate on the floatation separation of rutile and garnet was studied in a system using nitrosophenylamine as collector and lead nitrate as activator.The mechanism of the selective separation of garnet by sodium fluosilicate was analyzed by means of Zeta potential,contact Angle and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results showed that the floatability difference between garnet and rutile reached 66.9%with a certain concentration of sodium fluosilicate,indicating that the inhibitor could effectively separate rutile and garnet.When sodium fluosilicate was added,the contact angle of garnet decreased by 49.2%.The zero electric point shifted to the negative potential direction,and the potential decreased significantly in the whole measurement range.The characteristic peaks of Fe decreased by 0.16,0.31 and 0.17 eV,respectively.This is because the fluorine element in SiF_(6)^(2-),the hydrolyzed component of sodium fluorosilicate,can form a ferric fluorine chemical bond with Fe^(2+)on the surface of garnet,resulting in the reduction of the chemisorbed active point of the collector-iron ion,and there is not enough active site for the action of the collector,so that the chemisorbed of the collector on the surface of garnet is reduced,achieving the purpose of selective inhibition.
