摘 要:镜铁矿在自然界中常与石英伴生,为提高镜铁矿/石英反浮选分离效果,通过单矿物浮选试验、Zeta电位分析、吸附量测试以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了新型植物胶类抑制剂田菁胶在镜铁矿/石英浮选分离中的效果及吸附机理。单矿物浮选试验表明田箐胶粉对镜铁矿具有明显的选择抑制效果,在p H=10、抑制剂浓度30 mg/L条件下,镜铁矿回收率仅为22%,石英仍保持较高可浮性,回收率高达78%,两矿物回收率差异为56个百分点;Zeta电位及吸附量试验表明田菁胶在镜铁矿上的吸附强度明显高于石英;XPS结果证明产生抑制的主要原因是田菁胶中的羟基与镜铁矿表面的Fe产生了化学吸附。Specularite is commonly associated with quartz in the nature.In order to promote the separation efficiency of specularite/quartz reverse flotation though single mineral flotation test,Zeta potential analysis,an adsorption capacity test,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)to investigate the flotation separation effect and adsorption mechanism of sesbania gum,a novel plant gum depressant,in specularite and quartz flotation.Single mineral flotation test shows that sesbania gum has obvious selective depression effect on specularite.Under the optimal flotation conditions of pH=10 and depressant concentration of 30 mg/L,the recovery rate of specularite only is 22%while quartz still keeps in high floatability and the recovery rate of quartz is 78%.At this time,the difference between the recovery rates of the two minerals is 56%;Zeta potential and adsorption capacity tests showed that the adsorption degree of sesbania gum on specularite was significantly stronger than that on quartz surface;XPS results showed that the main reason for the depression was the chemisorption of the hydroxyl group and Fe in the sesbania gum.
