摘 要:石人沟铁矿开采M2矿体期间因下部民采空区突然冒透-210 m水平,形成埋深大、规模大、不规则且位于主要生产区域的M2主空区。空区形态三维探测结果表明,空区活动剧烈,顶板和周边围岩边界不断扩展,严重威胁了矿山安全生产。根据石人沟空区特征和生产现状,提出了4个区段的分段胶结充填治理方案,通过室内充填料浆在冒落散体中的渗流特性及散体胶结充填体的强度特性实验,确定了充填料浆的浓度为68%,底部充填区段料浆灰砂比为1∶4,-270 m~-165 m水平充填料浆灰砂比为1∶8,顶部充填灰砂比为1∶12的充填技术参数。并利用3DEC模拟了分段充填后顶部围岩冒落范围的变化情况,结果表明,充填能够有效控制空区顶板和周边围岩的冒落和扩展,至少要充填至-210 m水平,才能保证相邻矿体探采的安全性。经过2个阶段的充填后,空区的冒落活动明显降低,只存在-165 m水平以上的小范围零星冒落,空区充填效果显著。During the mining of M2 ore body in Shirengou Iron Mine,the lower civil goaf caved suddenly and penetrated-210 m level,which lead to the M2 main goaf forming with large buried depth,large scale,irregular and located in the main production area.The three-dimensional detection results of goaf morphology show that the goaf is active violently,and the boundary of roof and surrounding rock continues to expand,seriously threatening the safety of mine production.According to the characteristics of goaf and the production status in Shirengou,the treatment scheme of segmented cementation filling in four sections is proposed.Through the seepage characteristics of filling slurry in the caved granular and the strength characteristics of the granular cementation filling body,the filling technical parameters are determined as follows:the concentration of filling slurry is 68%,the cement sand ratio of the bottom filling section is 1∶4,the cement sand ratio of the filling slurry is 1∶8 at the level of-270 m to-165 m,and the cement sand ratio of the top filling slurry is 1∶12.The change of the caving range of the top surrounding rock after the sublevel filling is simulated with 3DEC.The results show that the filling can effectively control the caving and expansion of the goaf roof and surrounding rock.The filling must be at least-210 m level to ensure the safety of the exploration and mining of adjacent ore bodies.After two stages of filling,the caving activity of the goaf is significantly reduced,and only a small range of sporadic caving above-165 m level exists.The goaf filling effect is significant.
